Cancellations If you changed your mind and would prefer to cancel your appointment please ensure it is before the 72 hours period and it won’t be any charges. You can reschedule anytime when best suits you in future. Appointments cancelled within 72 hours period, please note that a non-refundable fee will apply: £30 for weekday appointments and £50 for weekend appointments. This fee will be invoiced to you prior to rebooking your next appointment. Late Arrival I understand that life can sometimes get in the way! To accommodate you, we’ve allowed a 10-minute window for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, please give me a call.
